Spooky Vinyls Refund & Final Sale Policy

All Spooky Vinyls orders are considered final sale unless Refund & Replacement Protection was purchased at checkout.

Orders With Protection

Customers who purchased 30-Day Warranty may submit a claim within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Products that arrive damaged

  • Products that are defective or do not function properly

  • Incorrect products received

  • Packages confirmed lost during transit

To submit a claim, customers must provide their order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Spooky Vinyls may offer troubleshooting, a replacement or a refund depending on the circumstances.

Original shipping charges and the cost of Refund & Replacement Protection are non-refundable.

Orders Without Protection

Orders placed without Refund & Replacement Protection are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Changing your mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Purchasing the wrong item

  • Disliking the product after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification or improper handling

Damaged or Defective Products

Nothing in this policy removes any rights customers may have under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where required by law, Spooky Vinyls will provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund for qualifying defective or misrepresented products.
